Mira Herbals: A retargeting push in the final 48 hours of BFCM led to a 23% increase in conversions, while segmented email and SMS campaigns boosted revenue by 152.69% and 73% YoY, respectively.
Tones By Cocoa: Early email and SMS warm-up campaigns, along with segmented ads, resulted in a 244% YoY revenue increase and 8.2x ROAS on Meta, 11.6x on Google.

Short-Form Video: Platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels continue to dominate. Keep your videos short (15-30 seconds) with snappy editing and clear messaging. Highlight limited-time offers, product benefits, or exclusive deals using text overlays and captivating visuals. Don’t forget to add a clear call-to-action like "Shop Now" or "Don’t Miss Out."
Live Streams: Build excitement by hosting live shopping events or product showcases. Live streams create a sense of urgency and allow real-time engagement with your audience. Consider running exclusive discounts for viewers to encourage immediate action. It’s also a great way to answer customer questions, demonstrate products, and create a more personal connection.
UGC: Showcase customer reviews, testimonials, or unboxing videos as part of your BFCM campaign. UGC builds trust and provides authentic social proof, which can sway purchasing decisions.
